You can download the California Kickoff entry form located to the right and mail the form and a check for $400 to the address listed on the form. You can also check to see if space is available in the tournament for your team by emailing info@californiakickoff.com
Entry into the Open Division: Teams may select the Club Division, but acceptance into the Open Division will be based on seeding criteria. While season beginning seeding based on last year's results is imperfect it will be the initial seeding criteria used. New programs of teams with name changes will have an opportunity to submit seeding information that may affect their placement into the Open Division. Teams playing out of their age group will have to show compelling justification for being included in the Open Division of another age group. Entry Fee: $375 per team (payable to California Kickoff 840 Kansas St. San Francisco, CA 94107) - if space is available entry fee $400 after deadline Entry Deadline: December 10, 2007
